Are you a Mechanical Building Services Engineer looking to join one of the worlds most respected consultancies?


Our client are looking for an experienced, motivated Mechanical Design Engineer seeking to develop their career in a positive environment and join our team where talent is encouraged and growth opportunities unrivalled. This role will be based in the Birmingham Office but presents the opportunity to join a national delivery team and work with designers across the UK.


Role:


The opportunity will require candidates to be client-facing as well as being involved in the day-to-day design of projects. Our focus is on developing our staff to realise their full potential, with development plans geared to individual needs and abilities.

What we are looking for


 

• You should be degree qualified with a Building services engineering/Mechanical engineering.
• Design and specification of all mechanical building services systems – HVAC, etc.
• Ideally a Chartered Engineer (or working towards CEng) with CIBSE or IMechE.
• Confident using computer software such as Hevacomp, Navisworks, NBS and Microsoft
• Able to take charge of personal project deliverables and act on own initiative in a pro-active way.
• Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with clients.
