Join a Growing Chartered Architectural Consultancy as an Experienced Architectural Assistant!

Opportunity for a talented Architectural Assistant (Part 1 or Part 2) with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in the housing developer sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Dynamic and expanding consultancy specialising in master planning, urban design, and commercial architecture, covering everything from planning to technical design across the UK. Diverse portfolio includes both residential and commercial projects, with this particular role focusing on large-scale residential developments.

The Role:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience (UK based) working on residential housing developments
• Excellent residential layout design & architectural skills for outline and RM applications
• Keen interest in both urban design & architecture
• Good knowledge of the latest legislations and ensuring projects comply with CDM regulations
• Good understanding of producing associated documents including Design Access Statements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members, along with mentoring junior technicians.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit
• Preparation of detailed drawings, layouts, sketches and graphic representations
