JOB TITLE:                     Management Accountant - Development Finance

LOCATION:                     Exeter

SALARY  From: £44,149        To: £49,054 per annum

The Role:

• Lead role in the day to day running of the Finance team
• Provide a management accounting service to various departments
• Managing monthly KPIs, performance reporting to the new homes team and quarterly performance reporting
• Prepare statutory accounts
• Key role in the production of the annual business plan process
• Great opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant to progress into a Development Finance team

 

The Candidate should have:

• Experience using complex accounting systems
• The ability to prepare statutory accounts
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications in a business environment, particularly Excel
• Capable of working under pressure, prioritising effectively, delivering to tight deadlines with good attention to detail
• Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience, Educated to degree level
• A very positive attitude and approach

 

 

SUMMARY:

This is Fixed term role- 9 month role

Working hours to be 37 per week,

Hybrid working style is an option
