Are you an Architectural Technologist looking for new opportunities with an exceptional and reputable Architectural consultancy?


I have an opportunity where you will be working across the South of England primarily in residential, education and conservation sectors. Design and create led consultancy supported using the latest Revit software and 3D rendering software.

The Role:

• Predominately deliver projects through the technical RIBA stages 4 & 5
• Formulate technical solutions and work collaboratively with external consultants and contractors
• Coordinate architectural design using BIM engineered drawings to achieve coordinated contract drawings
• NBS specification writing
• Conceive construction details and coordinate external consultants information.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 12 months + of professional UK based practice experience
• Strong working knowledge of UK Planning policies and building regulations
• BA Hons in Architectural Technology
• Member of CIAT
• Revit experience preferred, BIM experience mandatory
• Experienced in NBS writing will be an advantage
