Site Manager

Seeking an award-winning Site Manager for a development based near the lizard end of Cornwall. Working for respectable developer who pride themselves on their quality product, detailing and customer journey.

 
I am interested in hearing from experienced and proven senior site managers who have shown commitment and longevity throughout their careers. You will need to have a strong background in new build housing and be accustomed to running small to medium scale developers, with a “quality over quantity approach!”
 

Attributes and experienced needed:

• Proven background delivering traditional and timber frame builds
• Background in bespoke low volume schemes.
• Detailed and thorough approach
• Able to lead a team to success
• Driven by quality and not quantity
• Motivated in securing an award for the site!
• Strong programming and IT Skills
• Organised and self motivated

Competitive Salary is on offer ranging from £60k - £65k DOE….
