I am delighted to be working a new vacancy for an ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER in Somerset. Working for a well-respected developer with an excellent reputation who don’t often recruit due to low staff turn over. Working on high end plots where detail is key, you will be a well presented and professional assistant site manager who has a background in Housebuidling. The client is open to experience in terms of years, but you will need to be an established assistant from a housebuilding background, who knows the role well.

Reporting to the site manager on a large scheme, where each phase is around 35 units PA. Excellent organisation and people skills required, good level of IT skills, excellent communication ability. 

This is a long term role offering longevity of work in the area with a decent company!

Competitive regional developer salary which will DOE and range from £38k - £42k plus car allowance and benefits
