Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking to take the next step in your career and have a creative impact within a growing office? This could be your chance

We are looking for someone aid the growth of a new MEP team out of a new Birmingham office supported by the Director and other regional multi-discipline teams.


This person should have solid career experience to date within the Mechanical building services sector. They promote a relaxed office environment contrasted with their sharp professionalism in order to deliver the best client solutions.

Multi-discipline, multi-office construction consultancy with offices across the Southwest and midlands with a solid pipeline of work across all disciplines, including:

• Building Services
• Civil and Structural Engineering
• Architecture
• Cost Management

Their projects vary from residential, mixed-use, student accommodation, education and more – they essentially act as a one-stop-shop for their clients as one discipline breeds work for the others.

Your role would be to develop the MEP team, recruit and mentor future employee’s and help to win work –the plan would be to recruit a Electrical counterpart/second hand to help grow and run the team.


We would aim to grow to around 10 people in the Birmingham office in the first few years.


In return:

• Salary £40,000 - £65,000
• 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
