Project Manager – Plymouth
An exciting opportunity awaits to join a respected regional contractor as a Project Manager on a permanent basis. Situated in Plymouth, this role encompasses overseeing a variety of projects across the region. The projects span refurbishments, commercial new builds, and extensions in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, MOD, and Industrial.

Responsibilities:

• • Assist with site planning, design and construction programme and oversee the project
• • Coordinate work of subcontractors
• • Establish timelines, calculate labor and material costs
• • Generate and issue regular internal and external project reporting
• • Progress report and any necessary modifications of plans
• • Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients
• • Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope and budget
• • Implement and ensure H&S for site staff, visitors and the public are strictly adhered to

Requirements:

• • SMSTS
• • First Aid at Work
• • CSCS Card
• • UK Driving Licence
