A thriving, well reputed local contracting business with a proven track record in delivering high quality projects across a number of sectors is in need of additional resource for a mid term contract in the TAUNTON area. 

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on, and deliver a varied refurbishment project involving stabilisation works, demolition, internal fit-out and a new build extension. A varied project background with knowledge of all of the aforementioned is essential, in addition to sound communication, organisation and administration skills.

Working independently, supported by a Visiting Contracts Manager, you'll need to have excellent Health & Safety knowledge, which will be supplemented by a valid SMSTS & CSCS card - First aid will also be required and Temporary works would be advantageous. 

The project is planned to run for just under 6 months, so there's a good length contract on offer.
