RGB Recruitment is working with a leading contractor to find an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in main contracting and expertise as a number one on large-scale projects.

Due to continued success and growth, with several major projects already underway and more about to commence, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of iconic buildings while being part of the future of construction. As a Site Manager, you will:

Oversee large-scale schemes, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards

Use intelligent solutions to drive bespoke projects for clients, Lead and manage teams, ensuring safety and quality at every stage of construction.

• In this role, you will coordinate and manage the activities of all site personnel, ensuring strict adherence to policies, procedures, and standards by using specified drawings and instructions.
• Your expertise will ensure a safe working environment, drive quality management, and deliver.
• You'll make value-driven commercial decisions while staying within budget constraints.
• As part of a collaborative team, you will supervise both direct and subcontract labor, efficiently coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure operations align with the construction schedule and are executed to the highest standards.

 Requirements:

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card
• Principal contracting experience of commercial build and refurbishments
• Relevant driving licence
