Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking an Administrator on behalf of our client based in Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln. We have opportunities for organised and customer-focused individuals to join their team for a 3-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.
What will I be doing?- Performing standard administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Liaising with customers via phone, providing excellent customer service and addressing queries.
- Booking and coordinating deliveries, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems as required.
- Supporting the team with general office duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Following company procedures and always maintaining a professional approach.
- Keeping the workspace organised and efficient to support team objectives.
What skills and experience do I need?- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with customer service responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic IT skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle varied administrative and customer-facing tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability for the duration of the temporary assignment.
What hours will I be working?Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.
What will I be paid? £12.21 per hour.
