Sous Chef

Sous Chef - £17.03 Per hour - Temporary - Hackney, London.

A collge in Hackney is currently seeking a Soush chefto join their team on a temporary basis (1 month).
They are looking for someone to start asap and will pay £17.03 per hour. Standard hours will be Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm. 

Purpose of job:

- To keep the kitchen and back of house areas in a clean, hygenic state at all times to company standards.
- To ensure the kitchen has a constant flow of clean equipment to see it through the day and night 
- To keep a safe environment for yourselves and your colleagues in the process of your job
- To follow the cleaning schedules and complete to a high standard under the supervision of the senior chef in your area
- To work as a major part of the kitchen brigade in hepling to produce a cleanliness quality of excellent standard
- To be trained in COSHH and follow the procedures for chemical usage at all times.
