Cashier - Customer Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Service Station as a Cashier – Customer Service Person based in Penrith.

Our client work on behalf of a well-known retailer and pride themselves on putting customers at the heart of everything they do. You will be joining an established team tasked with ensuring the prompt, safe, courteous, and efficient dispensing of fuels and shop goods to service station customers. You will be handling cash, cheques, credit cards and credit transactions accurately and in a responsible manner.

Alongside managing the till operation and fuel dispensing, you will also be involved with:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the Service Station, food service areas and coffee machines
• Recording of all fridge, freezer and food temperatures
• Stocking the shop with correct products including newspapers, magazines, and cigarettes.

This is great role for someone who can offer flexibility to working hours. Hours will vary on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern including night shifts. 

Pay: £12-12.40p/h depending on shift.
