Recruitment Consultant - Carlisle - Up to £30k + Commission

What You Love Doing:

Building strong connections with candidates and clients to understand their motivations and hiring needs respectively.
Using your resourcefulness to find and screen candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and more.
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to ensure they’re the right match for roles.
Managing the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers.
Ensuring a smooth and efficient process by keeping all recruitment activities well-organised and documented
Creating and maintaining a vibrant network of job seekers and industry contacts.
Staying informed about industry trends and sharing best practices.
Providing thoughtful career advice and guidance to help candidates succeed.
