About The Role:
Riverside Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Penrith for a Part Time Project Planning Administrator.
Our client focuses on delivering innovative packaging solutions for a small market of clients, both individually and commercially and are now seeking a Project Planning Administrator to support their small team.
This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented person who can work in a fast paced environment, creating project plans and assisting with procurement whilst supporting the manufacturing teams deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
:
  • Assist in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support project managers with resource allocation, procurement, and logistical arrangements.
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and assist in budget management.
  • Prepare project status reports and track project expenses.
  • Organise project meetings, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project files and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Planning Administrator, Project Coordinator, Manufactruing Planner or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-changing environment.
Education & Experience:
  • A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • OR Proven experience in a similar role, with strong Administration skills and a good understanding of manufacturing planning or project management
Hours and Pay:
  • Part Time working 2-3 Full Days
  • Flexible working between Monday to Thursday
  • Possibility of hours or days increasing as the role progresses
  • Starting salary £14.50p/h – Option to negotiate higher for proven experience
