Job Description
📍 Carlisle | 🕘 Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm | 💷 £12.21 per hour
We’re looking for a proactive Administrator to join a friendly, open-plan office in Carlisle, on a temporary basis.
You’ll play a key role in supporting their logistics and distribution team during this peak time, helping drivers and staff with day-to-day admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting drivers with paperwork and documentation
- Assisting with on-boarding processes and employee contracts
- Handling payment administration
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Working collaboratively with the wider team in a supportive office environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, friendly approach and the ability to work well in a team
What’s on offer:
- £12.21 per hour
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

This role is a temporary contract, however Permanent contract may be available.
