Shift Hours: 21:00 - 07:00
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) to provide exceptional care for a young female client with complex needs in the Ystradgynlais area. This position is ideal for someone experienced in complex care who can work night shifts and is confident managing advanced care requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight care, ensuring the safety and comfort of the client
- Perform catheterisation and administer medication competently
- Administer PEG feeds as required
- Operate a NIPPY ventilator
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Competency in Catheterisation, Medication administration, PEG feeding, and NIPPY Ventilator operation
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
- Minimum of 6 months demonstrated experience as a Healthcare Support Worker
