Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Runcorn WA7 3BE
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour, plus an attendance bonus of £100 paid quarterly to eligible staff. The overtime rate is £17.50 per hour after 182 hours worked within each calendar month.
Hours of Work: 4-5 shifts out of 7 per week, including weekends. The role involves a mixture of day (07:00 to 19:00) and night (19:00 to 07:00) shifts.
Contract Type: Temporary with the potential for a permanent position.

We are seeking several experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client, a leading Drinks Logistics company based in Runcorn. These roles are offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, providing an excellent opportunity for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload goods in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Operate on a production line, which includes unloading pallets of stock and labelling items.
• Handball products and place goods in designated areas with precision.
• Verify goods against delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 1-year experience operating an FLT Counterbalance truck, with additional experience on PPT or LLOP trucks preferred.
• Valid FLT Counterbalance certification (RTITB/ITSAAR or in-house).
• Previous experience in the Logistics or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
• Keen attention to detail.
• A positive, "Can Do" attitude.
