Junior Office Administrator
Location: Wrexham
Pay Rate: TBC
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role:
Join our manufacturing client's team as a Junior Administrator. This role involves learning all aspects of the technical sales process, reporting to the Sales manager you will be part of a small sales team working to common goals of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
This is an entry level role involving learning the basics of sales administration, assisting with minor projects, order processing, record management and gaining hands on experience in administration tasks. This involves providing support to various people working within the technical sales department.
  • Reception duties
  • Answering and fielding telephone calls
  • Filing
  • Providing updates to customers
  • Providing feedback to team from customers
  • Handling and entering sales enquiries via telephone, email and livechat
  • Creating and chasing sales quotations

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be analytical and able to work with numbers with excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work well within a small team, the ability to communicate regularly with other departments including production, despatch and accounts
  • Possess good IT skills including being proficient in the use of Microsoft office and databases
  • Some administration experience is desirable but not essential
  • Be able to develop into a confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Maths and English GCSE are a requirement for this role.
