Full Time Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00
The Quality Assurance (QA) Support plays a critical role in supporting the quality team.
This role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Calibration Support:
- Perform calibration of tools, instruments, and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain calibration records and ensure they are up-to-date and readily available for audits.
- Coordinate with external calibration service providers to ensure timely and accurate calibration schedules.
- Conducting internal audits in accordance with the business management system.
- Prepare audit checklists and document audit findings in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with QA team to address non-compliance issues identified during audits.
- Support the QA team and other departments in conducting root cause analysis investigations.
- Assist in driving corrective and preventive actions forward by working closely with relevant teams
- Track and monitor the status of non-conformances and ensure timely resolution.
- Support with customer documentation, copying of documentation packs and preparing labels for despatch
- Support with preparing certification for customer orders.
- General Administration duties
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing/engineer industry would be advantageous
- Experience in quality assurance, calibration, internal auditing, or non-conformance would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
