Job Description

Job Title: Production Operative
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Patterns:
Day Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (4 on, 4 off shift pattern)
Day Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (4 on, 4 off shift pattern)
Starting Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely within the production line.
  • Assist in the preparation and production of products, adhering to strict quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve production targets.

Requirements:
  • Basic level of spoken English for effective communication.
  • Right to work in the UK (This role does not qualify for sponsorship).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high product quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is desirable but not essential.
