Job Description
Location: Wrexham
Pay Rate: £14.15 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts from 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday
Job Purpose: The main purpose of this role is to line feed and kit jobs for production, ensuring that kits are created and delivered to the correct locations in a timely and efficient manner.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Pick and create kits for jobs according to the pick screens.
- Deliver kits to site at the requested times.
- Liaise with on-site colleagues to ensure kits are delivered line-side in a timely manner.
- QA check all kits before dispatching them to the customer.
- Follow goods-in procedures when offloading deliveries.
- Report all damages and anomalies on goods in/storage to the Contract Supervisor.
- Ensure to arrive at work on time, wearing the correct uniform and PPE as specified by the customer.
- Perform pre-shift checks on FLTs to ensure they are in the correct and safe working condition.
- Attend the daily 2pm shift meeting.
- Carry out any other activities required in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace while prioritizing Health & Safety.
- Drive the company vehicle to the customer site as required.
- Work as part of a team and support colleagues.
- Check handover for any specific or urgent tasks.
- Weekly Responsibilities:
- Ensure contracted hours are fulfilled at the correct times.
- Keep FLTs and company vehicles clean, tidy, and free from debris.

- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer liaison skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Approachable and accommodating when dealing with customers.
- Adaptable to change and willing to work alongside the customer.
- Punctual with an excellent attendance record.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Valid Counterbalance FLT license (desirable).
- Valid Pivot Steer FLT license (desirable).
- Organized and proactive.
- Key Result Areas:
- Customer satisfaction (internally and externally).
- High standard of kits to meet customer quality objectives.
- Accuracy of stock being delivered and received for customers.
- High level of Health & Safety adherence.
