Job Title - HGV 1 (C+E) Driver - PM Shift
Location - Severn Beach, Bristol
Salary: £19.98ph to £22.89ph
Pertemps are working in partnership with the Royal Mail, the UK's designated Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers to work out of their Distribution site based in Severn Beach, Bristol.
As an HGV driver you will be required to trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail Network. There is very little manual work, and shifts are offered 1 week in advance!
This role suits qualified and experienced HGV Class 1 drivers who have the self-motivation and dedication to thrive in the driving force behind one of the UK's most trusted delivery companies

" Start times between 12:00 - 02:00

To be considered for this role you must:
" Have a valid HGV 1 licence and held for a minimum of 2 years' with 6 months commercial experience due to insurance purposes.
" Valid CPC and Digital tachograph card are essential.
" No more than 5 penalty points on licence for minor endorsements (No DD/DR/IN/CD or TT endorsements are accepted)
" Excellent geographical knowledge and a professional attitude.
" Excellent knowledge of WTD and driver hours
" Fully comfortable completing manual entries on your digital tachograph card.
" Due to the nature of our client's business, you will be required to clear a DBS security check following the point of registration.
" Successful completion of site assessment and induction will be required before first shift.
