HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver - Royal Mail - Severn Beach, Bristol
Location: Severn Beach, Bristol
Pay Rate: £20.82 - £23.85 per hour
Shifts: AM and PM start times available

Pertemps is proud to be working in partnership with Royal Mail, the UK's trusted Universal Postal Service Provider. We're looking for professional and reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join the team at their Severn Beach Distribution Centre.
This is your chance to play a key role in helping deliver Christmas to the nation - keeping parcels and letters moving across the Royal Mail network during their busiest season!

About the Role:
You'll be trunking mail and parcels between Royal Mail depots nationwide.
There's minimal manual handling, and all shifts are planned one week in advance for your convenience.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, held for at least 1 year
• Minimum 180 days of commercial driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum of 6 minor points (no DD, DR, IN, CD, or TT endorsements)
• Strong geographical knowledge and professional attitude
• Understanding of Drivers' Hours and WTD regulations
• Confident in completing manual tachograph entries
• Able to pass a DBS security check
• Must complete a site assessment and induction prior to first shift
