Location: Paignton, Devon, TQ4
Start Date: 03/03/2025
Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hourAbout the Role:
We are seeking a confident and proactive Data Administrator to join our Helpdesk Hub. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills to support a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling helpdesk enquiries confidently over the phone.
- Inputting and managing data accurately.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Helpdesk Hub.
- Basic administrative and data inputting skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with enquiries via telephone.
- Ability to commit to the hours and duration of the role.
- A valid Standard DBS or Enhanced DBS certificate is essential to be considered for this role.
- Training will be provided on the first day.
