Location: Exeter / Hybrid Working Option
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

We are a leading regional accountancy and advisory practice with a team of over 300 professionals across the Southwest. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Corporate Finance Senior or Manager to join our dynamic and growing Corporate Finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work on a wide variety of projects including:

  • Business sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, mergers, and disposals
  • Company valuations using recognised methodologies such as multiples analysis
  • Preparing and reviewing financial due diligence reports
  • Managing client relationships and liaising with internal teams and external advisors
  • Drafting engagement documentation and managing internal deal databases
  • Supporting business development initiatives including networking and client proposals
  • Collaborating closely with directors and partners to deliver high-quality results
  • Working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with the following skills and experience:

  • ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Experience in corporate finance, ideally within the SME sector
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • A genuine interest in business development and client growth
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
