Job Title: Vehicle Service Advisor
Location: Warwick, CV34
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a keen interest in the automotive industry? Pertemps is hiring for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's team at a reputable car dealership in Warwick.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and explain the services offered by the dealership.
• Listen to and document customers' vehicle concerns, passing the information on to mechanics.
• Consult with mechanics about repairs and offer cost-effective alternatives when possible.
• Answer customer inquiries about service outcomes (after consulting with mechanics as needed).
• Coordinate with customers and mechanics to schedule vehicle check-ups and service appointments.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to effectively liaise between customers and mechanics.
• A passion for cars and understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
