CMM Programmer

Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for a CMM rogrammer o join a large manufacturing company within Coventry.

Rate of pay to start off with will be £17ph with the possibility of moving up-to £18PHin a very short time.

Working hours
07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday
07:30to 12:30 Friday

The individual must have experience of programming Mitutoyo CMM, Crysta Apex would be beneficial using Mcosmos software.

We have 4 machines and operate the following software
V3.2 Revision 8
V3.0 R1
V4.2.3 this CMM operates with a PH10M head and uses a SP25M so experience on this would also be beneficial
V4.1 R4

The candidate would also need to conversant with completing ISIR's (Initial Sample Inspection Report) so be computer literate and have good maths skills and this will lead into potential requirements on other PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.

Must also be conversant with other measuring equipment i.e. Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, plug gauges, screw plug gauges, surface testers etc.
