Job Summary:
Pertemps is seeking a skilled Logic Technician to join a dynamic technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing PC faults, performing component-level repairs on PCBs and circuit boards, interpreting schematics, and providing exceptional customer service to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in PCs.
- Perform component-level repairs on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other circuit boards.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and diagrams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and remote access.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PC repair and PCB/circuit board component-level troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electronic schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service to international clients.
