Job Description

HGV Class 2 qualified multi-drop driver required for a full time role in Clutton, BS39
  • £28,969.25 per annum
  • 45 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning starts (usually between 5am and 7am)
  • Temporary – to – Permanent contract
  • Company uniform and PPE provided
About the role
  • Follow a pre-planned route
  • Communicate with customers by telephone to update them of time of delivery/ collection
  • Delivering kitchen supplies and white goods to trade customers and private consumer addresses
  • Accurately transact all deliveries and collections using a handheld electronic device
The right candidate
  • Class 2 driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
  • CPC and Digi Tacho
  • Recent and relevant driving experience
  • Own transport is essential to reach the location of the depot.
  • Comfortable with manual handling such as lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.
