Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support print and online direct marketing initiatives with a focus on customer retention. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies that engage existing customers, foster brand loyalty, and increase repeat purchases. You will work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and compelling campaigns that resonate with the audience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute direct marketing strategies, both print and online, to engage and retain existing customers.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns, including newsletters, brochures, catalogues, and email marketing, that reflect the brand's voice and aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on the performance of direct marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing
• Experience in both print and online marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Creative flair with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials that align with the brand.
• A keen eye for detail.
