Role Overview: As a Senior Operative, you will work onsite alongside the Pertemps Contracts team, playing a key role in managing a high volume of workers. Your responsibilities will include:
" Conducting walk-around inductions for new workers, ensuring they are well-informed and ready for their roles.
" Serving as the first point of contact for basic queries, providing guidance and support to workers on-site.
" Contributing hands-on as a warehouse picker and packer, ensuring efficient fulfilment of orders and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Requirements:
" Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
" Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.

Location and Hours: This position is based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. We are looking for 2 Senior Operatives. Hours are either 5.15am - 2pm Monday to Friday OR 1.45pm - 10.30pm Monday to Friday.
