This company has been a trusted name in transport logistics for 50 years, offering air, road, and ocean transport alongside UK and worldwide courier services. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional, flexible service to our customers—their operations team is at the heart of it all.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join their fast-paced transport office. You'll work closely with drivers, management, and customers, handling all aspects of transport administration with a strong focus on pallet logistics.

Your Role Will Include:✔ Accepting and processing collections and deliveries from partner depots ✔ Investigating customer queries and managing claims for delays or damages ✔ Assisting with morning dispatch, ensuring drivers are equipped with EDC for live data capture ✔ Producing KPI reports and resolving any flagged issues ✔ Managing inbound storage, storage picks, and pallet dispatch ✔ Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and the sales team ✔ Supporting evening shift operations when required

What We're Looking For:✔ Experience in a transport office environment ✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ✔ IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with TMS systems ✔ Knowledge of Oxfordshire’s road network ✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate in a small team ✔ Adaptability to varied working hours and occasional Saturday mornings
