Technical Sales Executive to join a newly created sales team focused on delivering innovative technical solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow into a high-impact sales role, with the support of a collaborative team and the freedom to shape their own path.

This is a new role in a brand-new department. You’ll be part of building something from the ground up, with the opportunity to grow into a more senior position. Travel will be minimal at first and increase as you gain confidence and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Conduct outreach to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and sales presentations.
- Participate in meetings or demos with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach.
- Continuously develop your understanding of our products and industry.
- Provide feedback to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
- Contribute to the development of sales scripts and materials.
- Attend trade shows or events as needed (once up to speed).
Required Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEssential- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation in a technical environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Desirable- Experience in manufacturing, automation, or machine vision.
- Previous experience in a sales development or technical sales role.
