Based North of Birmingham 
The geographical area is North of Birmingham to Southern Scotland.
Salary 50-60k basic + benefits , car or allowance you can choose.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge cloud-based security solutions who seek an enthusiastic experienced sales leader covering the North of England. Their primary offering is CCTV and access control solutions . A key differentiator is they can manufacture bespoke solutions. They are acknowledged as a leading global manufacturer of VMS CCTV, access control cloud-based solutions. They are in the process of releasing enhanced technology products introducing AI and advanced camera technology which have been well received by integrated installers and resellers.

The Person is a successful sales professional with a proven background in selling CCTV or access control solutions in the UK. You will be part of a successful team with design and product support . You will describe yourself as dynamic, motivated to deliver results . Working with office support you will open doors at existing and new accounts , cement working relationships with integration partners , consultants and set up new distribution dealerships.
You will be someone that understands relational selling , a person who will own the sales process , can present the product range to user groups, and demonstrate great products. This is not a box selling role , you can offer attractive margins to your partners which is why your basic salary is negotiable and an excellent commission structure on offer, to attract the best person.

You MUST have experience in the UK CCTV / Access market place.
