Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Part Time Telesales Executive to join their team in the Stafford area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys engaging with potential customers and is passionate about achieving targets. You will be working 2 days per week with flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance work with your other commitments.
 
Main responsibilities of this Telesales Executive role:

• Proactively make outbound calls to prospective customers by using a provided database
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our clients products to generate interest and drive sales
• Identify potential sales leads and opportunities through engaging and persuasive conversations
• Turn leads into confirmed sales by addressing customers needs, overcoming objections and closing deals
• Accurately record and update customer information

Skills required for this Telesales Executive role:

• Must be comfortable making outbound calls, effectively engaging with potential customers
• Able to handle objections and rejection with professionalism
• A genuine interest in understanding the customers need and providing tailored solutions
• Strong ability to manage time and tasks
• Must be computer literate with a professional telephone manner

Details of this Telesales Executive role:

• 2 Days per week 8:30-17:00
• Hourly rate: £12.00PH (Bonus scheme once permanent)
• Working within a small supportive team
• Temp to perm role for the right candidate
