Front Of House - Student Accommodation

Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a friendly and efficient Front Of House person to join our clients student accommodation team on a temporary basis. As first point of contact for students living in the complex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for the residents. This position is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys interacting with people and can handle a variety of tasks.
 
Key responsibilities for this Front Of House role:

• Greet and welcome students as they enter the complex
• Answer phone calls and assist students with inquiries
• Manage incoming and outgoing post
• Report any maintenance issues to the relevant team
• Assist with ant additional administrative tasks

Skills required for this Front Of House role:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Quick thinking to address student concerns

Details of this Front Of House role:

• Temp role until 20.09.2024
• Monday to Friday 11am-4pm
• Hourly rate: £11.44PH
