Sales AdvisorPertemps Stoke are proud to partner with a worldwide leading manufacturer based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Our client is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their established team, for this role you will be responsible for:- Obtaining and providing up to date, historical parts and assembly prices
- Support the sales department with quotations.
- Allocate 20% of your time to prospecting for new sales opportunities.
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact to introduce the products and services.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the existing capital install base.
- Revisit clients within the capital install base and identify upselling or cross selling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless follow up on post capital.
- Take control of the spare parts business control
- Ordering, progress chasing, arranging packaging for all parts.
- Completing freight and export documents for shipping
For this Sales Advisor role, you will need:- Previous experience in an engineering environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of shipping/logistics and export is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must have a strong focus on business development.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
