Job Description
Pertemps Stoke are looking for an administrator to join one of our well-established clients in Stone.
About this Administrator Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to become part of our clients friendly and professional team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their office operations.
Key Responsibilities of this administrator role:
- Answering phone calls and handling enquiries professionally.
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicating with our approved suppliers, third-party hauliers, and customers.
- Using Excel and Sage for administrative and logistics tasks.
- Working collaboratively with the team and independently when required.
- Friendly, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Previous office-based experience is preferred, particularly in logistics, but not essential.
- Organised, confident, and able to work independently.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Hourly rate: £11.50 per hour
- Contract: Temp to Perm
