Administrator – Part Time

Pertemps Stoke are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience to support day-to-day tasks in a busy office environment. The role offers flexibility in hours and has the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities of this Administrator role:

Filing and organising documents
Completing paperwork and updating in-house systems
Managing weekly material requisitions for Warehouse and Transport Consumables
Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Skills and Experience Required for this Administrator role:

Previous admin experience (essential)
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Confident in using Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Computer literate
Reliable and able to work independently

Details of this Administrator role:

Weekly pay
Free on-site parking
Temp to perm role
Monday to Friday 9:30-14:30 (Can be flexible)
Hourly rate £12.11ph
