Temporary Transport Administrator We are currently seeking a
Temporary Transport Administrator to support our client’s busy transport office in Stoke-on-Trent for a 3-week assignment. This role requires previous experience in transport administration and the ability to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities of this Transport Administrator role:- POD (Proof of Delivery) retrieval, checking, and filing.
- Maintaining accurate records of transport documentation.
- Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Updating systems and spreadsheets with delivery and collection information.
- Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Skills required for this Transport Administrator role:- Previous transport administration experience – essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
