As Senior Security Manager you will manage all aspects of security to ensure the security and safety of visitors, teams, property and brand. No day will be alike. The Role:
As the subject matter expert on security, you will be the first point of contact on security for internal and external stakeholders. Other responsibilities include:

• Oversight and management of the Contract Security Team which includes a Security Operations Manager and a dedicated team of security professionals.
• Ensure the security contract is delivering value for money and providing a first-class security service.
• Develop policy, procedure and training programmes.
• Conduct regular risk review and keep up to date on emerging threats and risks.
• Provide advice and support on all matters of security.
• Business Continuity and Emergency Response Plans.
• Counter Terrorism.
• Ensure the same level of security is mirrored across other sites in the group.

The Person:

• Proven experience within a similar role.
• Passionate about security with the ability to influence at all levels.
• The ability to promote a positive security culture throughout the business.
• Experience of managing 3rd party contracts, ensuring KPIs are met, value for money is delivered.
