Our Client is a thriving global retailer, who continues to expand globally, and they are looking for a Regional Security Manager (Ireland/UK). Reporting to the Global Security Manager (Retail), you will play a key role in safeguarding their business operations while collaborating with teams across Europe and the USA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Building and maintaining strong internal and external security networks.
✔ Identifying and mitigating security risks to protect our people, assets, and brand.
✔ Acting as a trusted advisor on security and loss prevention strategies.
✔ Leading retail crime prevention initiatives and reducing stock losses.
✔ Managing and evaluating security guard performance.
✔ Supporting new store openings and business events.
✔ Investigating security incidents and implementing key recommendations.
✔ Conducting risk assessments and site security audits.
✔ Enhancing travel security for business travelers.
✔ Contributing to crisis management, security innovation, and operational efficiency.
