Job Description

Corporate Front of House Receptionist
Location: Central London
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work pattern :Monday to Friday (rotating shifts between 08:00 - 18:00)
Site based working
Salary: £30,000 plus benefits


We are seeking an experienced and polished Corporate Front of House Receptionist to represent a leading professional services firm based in Central London. Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and contractors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage visitor registration and uphold the organisation's security protocols
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering and refreshments as required
  • Provide basic technical support for meeting facilities and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Liaise effectively with couriers and contractors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Conduct regular office inspections to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Centre Manager as needed
Skills
  • Demonstrable experience in a corporate reception role within professional services
  • Outstanding personal presentation and clear, professional communication skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail
