Corporate Front of House Receptionist
Location: Central London
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work pattern :Monday to Friday (rotating shifts between 08:00 - 18:00)

Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and contractors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage visitor registration and uphold the organisation's security protocols
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering and refreshments as required
- Provide basic technical support for meeting facilities and troubleshoot minor issues
- Liaise effectively with couriers and contractors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Conduct regular office inspections to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues
- Provide administrative support to the Business Centre Manager as needed
Skills- Demonstrable experience in a corporate reception role within professional services
- Outstanding personal presentation and clear, professional communication skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail
