Job Title: Experienced Carpenter
Location: Westminster Area
Salary: £17.19/hr PAYE - Umbrella options available (~£38,000 annually)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Contract Type: Temporary with the possibility for extension or permanent placement

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team, working in the Westminster area. The role involves working within social housing properties, ensuring a high standard of carpentry work across various projects.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in social housing projects is preferred
- Familiarity with PDA systems is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out carpentry repairs and installations
- Working in occupied and void properties within social housing
- Ensuring work is completed to health and safety regulations
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and team members

There will be face-to-face interviews to meet the team and discuss your skills.
