Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Company: Warwickshire County Council
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37 hours a week, between the hours of 09:00 - 17:30 (17:00 finish on a Friday)
Location: Warwick/Hybrid
Salary: £12.18 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

What does the job entail?

On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Business Support Team.

You will achieve this by:
  • Handling inbound calls from internal and external customers
  • Responding to emails via outlook
  • Updating general administration on the WCC system

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Experience in customer service would be beneficial
