What does the job entail?On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Business Support Team.
You will achieve this by:- Handling inbound calls from internal and external customers
- Responding to emails via outlook
- Updating general administration on the WCC system

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Experience in customer service would be beneficial
