Customer Service Advisor This role is an interesting and varied position, assisting in a volume recruitment campaign.
Pertemps Managed Solutions, based on the Basingstoke Road in Reading, are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work Monday to Friday in our office assisting with our large recruitment campaigns.
We are looking for an immediate start and the role is likely to be for 6-8 weeks initially, with potential to extend dependant on workload.
The Role This job will be working in a team of 15 and the main duties will include:
Shortlisting relevant applications
Screening applicants
Using our CRM/application tracking systems to change candidates stage in their application process
Answering the phone to candidates who may be requesting updates on their applications
Processing any documents to support applications
No recruitment experience is required - FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN
Required Skills and Experience for a Customer Service Advisor- Excellent communication skills are vital
- Confident and articulate – must be good on the phone
- Good admin skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be empathetic and build relationships
- Able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- A high level of accuracy and numeracy skills
