Job Description
Term time only - you will work school term times only meaning you will not work summer holidays, the Christmas break or May or October half-terms

£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k (pro rata)
Role summary:
You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.
Key responsibilities:
- Make 50/60 calls a day on an automated dialler.
- Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
- Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
- Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.
- Ideally 12 months experience of sales within the last 3 years or similar phone based experience.
- A quiet place to work at home.
- Be comfortable with remote working.
- The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
